  • When Should I Expect My Order?

    All cakes are made to order and frozen for 24 hours before being shipped out. All orders are shipped out 2 days after order has been placed. If an order is placed after 6PM(ET), two day shipping starts the day after. Should there be a delay with your order, a message will be sent out about the status of your order. After cakes have been shipped The Sweet Choice is no longer responsible of the arrival of the cake.

  • I Have an Allergy. Can I Still Order a Cake?

    All cakes are made in a facility where they may come in contact with wheat, tree nuts, soy, dairy, and peanuts. If you have a specific allergy or request about our cakes, please send us an email and we can accommodate you!

  • I Didn't Get My Cake, What Now?

    All cakes are shipped out two days after your order is placed, unless placed after 6PM (ET). Once the carrier picks up the order The Sweet Choice is no longer responsible for your cake. We wish we can keep eyes on it until it gets to you, but it’s just not possible. If anything does happen to your cake please contact the carrier directly, we do not offer returns or refunds to lost or damaged items.

  • I Have An Event Coming Up. Do you Cater For Events?

    Yes we do! Shoot us an email with all the details about your event and we can get started on your order. Please note that all orders for events must be placed a week in advanced to ensure you get your cakes on time!

  • Can I mix Match Cupcake Flavors?

    Yes you can! You can choose 2 different flavors for your dozen cupcakes. You will not be charged any more for mix matching flavors! Shoot us an email and we can help you choose what two flavors to get!
